Kishi Bashi – 151a

Euphoric, ecstatic tableaus made of layers of playful, but lush vocal layers and winding string arrangements. It’s hard to not to feel like the world is on your side with this one.

Dani Gurgel – Dani Gurgel

Modern Brazilian music that’s brimming with the energy and dynamic playing of the classics.

Natalie Gardiner – Northern Skies

A delicate and thoughtful collections of songs. At times restrained, others brimming with emotion. This collection of ballads from the Swedish songstress tip-toes between both Jazz and R&B.

A D M B – Sundown EP

Debut album from A D M B, a collection of jazzy and soulful lo-fi hip-hop beats. Great music for spacing out to on a weekend night.

– Robb, Editor

Koen Daigaku – Forest in Full Bloom

Elated, majestic drone music, like if you took seconds from a symphony and stretched them out over 8 minutes.

-Aaron, Editor

S U R V I V E – mnq026

S U R V I V E’s debut album MNQ026 has received several reissues since 2012. How can you not love these guys? Drawing character from vintage and modern synthesizers, great songwriting and to experimentation. Oh, and after some years, Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein made some lovely music for that little show you binge-watched on Netflix, ‘Stranger Things’.
