Tell us about your band.

I sing country and inspirational country music. I hire musicians when I play a gig. I have been singing since I was very young. I started writing songs when I was 20 years old so for about 21 years now. My goals are to be an acomplished song writer and of course getting a recording contract would be an added bonus.

Have you ever had your music played on College or FM Radio?

In 2003 I recorded and released a single, “God Saves”, to about 1000 radio stations through the Christian Country Music Association in Nashville. It entered the charts at number 81 and it climbed to number 22.

What things did your band try in order to get on the radio and did they work?

Other than the song in 2003 I haven’t really pursued getting my songs on radio. Unfortunately I waited untill lately to start seeking success with my singing and songwriting.

Stay tuned for our next installment of “Get on the Radio: Tales of Toil and Triumph”! Be sure to submit music for radio airplay on Earbits!
